We are looking for individuals who are team players, passionate about helping others, and love working with children.  We have full and part-time opportunities available, working 1:1 with individuals in their homes and communities, under the direct supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). The schedule is dependent upon the staff and client’s availability and location.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or national equivalent from accredited institution 

  • Previous experience in ABA and/or working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred. 

  • Coursework in ABA, education, psychology, recreational therapy, speech/language pathology or related field is preferred. 

  • A valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and own personal transportation. 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification that includes CPR with AED and/or are willing to obtain certification within 14 days of hire. 

  • Existing certification or commitment to pursue a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Applicants must pass a background check, OIG check, and health registry check prior to employment
