We are in-network with many major insurance providers. We will verify your plan benefits for you and then go over the information we gathered from your provider with you. We will help you understand any out-of-pocket costs you may be responsible for (deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, out-of-pocket max). We will need a copy of your insurance card.

Once your insurance benefits have been verified, we will set up the client's initial assessment. During the assessment, you can expect us to gather information about the client in the areas of behavior, play, communication, social skills, etc. The evaluation(s) will be conducted in a naturalistic setting through play and using other therapy methods such as direct instruction. A standardized assessment will be completed based on the client's age/skill level and insurance carrier requirements. These assessments can include the Vineland, PDDBI, SRS-2, ABLLS, or VB-MAPP. We will discuss what the client's treatment plan may look like and walk you through the recommendations. A copy of this initial assessment will be sent to you upon completion. Once we have made sure the treatment plan and family goals align, we will submit it to the insurance carrier for authorization of therapy services.
ABA Therapy is always supervised by a BCBA, and then carried out by trained and certified Registered Behavior Technicians. Our team continually records data and milestones met throughout the therapy sessions to show progress or to make adjustments to your child’s individualized treatment plan. Throughout the course of treatment, goals will be updated and shared with you during session and parent meetings. During these meetings, you will be able to collaborate with the client's team and develop goals together.
